Dwi Laksono Setyowibowo, S.H., M.H., C.L.A, C.P.L. obtained bachelor and master of law degree with cumlaude predicate, both were from Gadjah Mada University. Dwi has worked in numerous prominent law Firm in Jakarta, namely Lubis, Santosa & Maulana Law Office (currently known as Lubis, Santosa & Maramis Law Firm), Frans Winarta & Partners Law Office, etc, handling various type of cases. He has appeared before the court representing client in criminal cases, civil cases, as well as administrative law dispute. He is mostly interested in commercial dispute, bankruptcy, criminal cases, and administrative law.
Dwi is a licensed Advocate and member of the Indonesia Advocate Association (PERADI), Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI), Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (AKHKI), Indonesian Procurement Lawyer Association (APPI), and Certified Legal Auditor Association (ASAHI). Dwi hobbies among other are reading, traveling, cycling, and basketball.

Dr. Budi Sulistyo, MBA., CDCS., serves as an advisor in the firm, especially in banking transaction related industry. He received his Ph.D. from Jakarta State University, and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. He holds Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) and Certificate in International Trade Finance from IFS School London and ICC Paris.
He has more than 30 years of experience in banking industry. He has worked in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Mr. Sulistyo has five years in treasury department especially in Foreign exchange and Assets and Liabilities Management, five years in trade finance department, especially in technical supervision of settlement and checking document and guarantee. Skilled in branch and customer consulting with regards to both treasury product and trade finance documents. He also experienced in conduct training for Treasury product, Assets Liabilities Management, Corporate Finance, Trade finance. Mr. Sulistyo is also a lecturer at Indonesia Banking School (IBS), Indonesia Christian University, teaching banking and finance related subjects. His hobby’s among others are as gems collector and admirer. He also enjoy reading.

Niken Astiningrum, S.H., LL.M., obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from University of Indonesia in 2011. She also completed her Master of Law degree from University of Groningen Netherlands in 2020. Niken has worked in several leading law firms in Jakarta for more than eight years, handling general corporate matters as well as negotiating with domestic and foreign clients in business transactions. She has been involved in numerous transactions in various business fields, among others, properties development, coal mining, oil and gas, information and technology, power plants, and plantation.
Niken had also participated as an of-counsel for a case in Singapore International Arbitration Center, providing advice and assistant for Indonesian Law. She focuses her interest mostly on drafting initial agreements and contracts required for a transaction, along with providing the required legal advice for the clients. She has been a member of JW & Partners Law Office team for more than 4 years. Apart from her career as a corporate lawyer, Niken loves to spend her time writing, traveling, singing, and practicing martial arts.

After graduated from Monterey High School in Monterey, California, USA, Ronald V. Supit continued to study Computer Software Application in Monterey Penninsula College in 1995. In 2000, He received his Bachelors Degree in Economics from Satya Wacana Christian University in Salatiga, Indonesia. Ronald then went back to the United States and earned a Master of Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, USA, in 2003. With more than 20 years of international experience, Ronald has been in various management positions in several different fields, ranging from hospitality, teaching and learning, information technology, and entrepreneurship. Upon his return to Indonesia in 2009, he was recruited by a prominent Indonesian leader, Gen. (Ret.) Wiranto (currently serving as The Chaiman of Presidential Advisory Council of Republic of Indonesia), in providing assistance in day-to-day plannings and activities. Ronald currently serves as the Operational Manager of the JW & Partners Law Office. He loves music, traveling, basketball, and sometimes plays golf for fun.
